When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Keep your order number for future reference. If you created an account, you can check the status of your order by logging into the “Account” tab of our website. A second email  will be sent containing your tracking information for USPS once your order has shipped.
Your order will be processed within 48 hours from the time that it is placed. If you have ordered multiple items they may ship from different warehouses and you therefore may receive multiple packages. There is only one shipping charge.

** Standard delivery time for domestic orders via USPS is 5-7 business days after order processing at $3.95 charge.
** Expedited delivery time for domestic orders via USPS is 2-3 business days after order procsessing at 10.00 charge.
** Special domestic order items take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Expedited shipping is not available on these orders. Shipping rates may vary on these orders.

NOTE:  In order to protect your purchase and secure your shipment all Debit and Credit Card orders over $50.00 must bill and ship to the same address.  Sorry we do not drop ship to another customer's name. Your credit card billing address and shipping address must be the same.  This policy is in place to protect the buyer and the seller from credit card fraud.
The above policy especially applies to electronics orders. All electronics orders must bill and ship to the same address.
